All of the units
at the Cottonwood are spacious and bright and are beautifully furnished
and appointed.
Each room has full bath, cable
TV, air-conditioning, telephone, and easy access to phone jacks for
modem connection. There are standard
rooms, deluxe
rooms, 1
suite, and 1
cottage. Most units are nonsmoking, and one of the standard
rooms is handicapped accessible.* Pets are welcome in all units.
Every unit
except one has two entryways. The front entrance to each room is accessed
from the parking area or lobby. In addition, French doors open onto a
rear patio and expansive lawn with unobstructed countryside views.
STANDARD ROOM
1 or 2 double beds
* The handicapable room is easily accessed by any guest with
special needs. The room contains 2
queen-size beds and roll-up sink with wheelchair-high
basin. The bath contains a
shower with safety seat, hand grips, and hand-held adjustable
sprayer.
DELUXE ROOM
2 beds (double or queen-size) or 1 king-size bed; 1 room with
king-size bed and love seat that converts to a twin sleeper.
In-room Jacuzzi
One of the deluxe rooms contains a sofa and a dining table that seats 2-4. It is large
enough to accommodate comfortably 8 to 10 people for pre-dinner cocktails.
Most of the deluxe accommodations consist of units in which 2 rooms
share a vestibule. If 2 rooms are reserved, the vestibule (containing wall mirror and
table) may serve as a connecting foyer.
